Bug Caching issue with the RPC stats #44

Reproduction steps:

https://near.org/applications Click Develop -> View Details Notice number of impressions Start selecting all dependent components – many return the same number of impressions

the frontend keeps requesting https://storage.googleapis.com/databricks-near-query-runner/output/near_bos_component_de[…]component_rpc_loads/near/widget/AppLibrary.IndexPage.json even after you are clicking though dependent components. If you refresh the page, the impressions are loaded correctly.

in addition, fix the following:

Not showing the last unfinished week of data
Remove the dot from “16d ago.”
