[TASK] Integrate Kurtosis Tutorial into Docs #381

What is this for?

I had several meetings with the Kurtosis team and their product is extremely useful and powerful. Currently our tutorials for running a local blockchain are quite confusing and using Kurtosis makes this process not only trivial, but it allows you to run a local explorer, indexer, and wallet as well.

Look into copying state locally so that new enclaves will inherit state and not start fresh (as an option)
