Sweep examples and add a warning to not use in production for financial cases #197

If an example looks like it might be used for financial use cases, we want to make sure that we have an appropriate warning that it hasn't been reviewed properly. Add text "This contract is for educational purposes and was not reviewed to be used in the production" to README

I would suggest that we add this disclaimer to all relevant README files in a project (there are two such README files in https://github.com/near-examples/NFT) as well as a "comment header" in the AssemblyScript file itself
