Inform about `#[near_bindgen]` now being `#[near]`

I'm just finding out about this, as I was curious about the latest release of the Rust SDK.

On the release page, they have a pretty sweet scroll-sideways thingie that shows the before and after in terms of the macro we use above our main struct.

I noticed that it's not updated yet on this page in docs:

Might be worth stealing the idea of that comparison thingie. Looks like a lotta good stuff in the new releases!
