expanded BOS section. added warning to all BOS pages #2069

I expanded the BOS section to give more information on our move away from BOS, and to remove the pros+cons which gave the impression that building on BOS was still a viable route.

I also added a warning callout to all the BOS component docs pages until we get around to removing them

@mpeterdev @bucanero this was merged into a branch, and not main, was this intended? or should be merge to main?

Yes, it's ok. We merged it to my branch and then we are going to merge everything from my PR #2059
