[concepts]: Were we explain concepts at a high level

[tutorials]: with tutorials and examples
The main issue we are facing right now is that "concepts" and "build" have sometimes overlapping information, and sometimes completely different information.
People get lost and do not know which one they should be looking at.
We need to move everything from "Concepts" to "Build" in a smart way, making sure that nothing is lost, but also that nothing irrelevant is ported.
