A regular cadence and designed process for release can improve efficiency, reduce errors, and help test releases before they are released to PROD.

I would like to see a DEV --> TEST --> STAGING --> PRODUCTION paradigm, where daily or weekly builds are made to DEV with manual promotion to the rest of the environments. TEST can be opened up to external testing groups for verification of changes. STAGING could be opened up to partners to verify changes work with their implementations.
