"How to contribute" site is broken

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. site is broken with "page not found"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'wiki.near.org/contribute/'
2. Click on 'how-to-contribute' at this link 'https://wiki.near.org/contribute/how-to-contribute' 3.. See error " page not found.

Expected behavior Should route to the correct page that explains contribution guidelines/details on contributing to near codebase
