Looks like we need to update this list again. @ailisp @thisisjoshford do you know who is in charge of the CLI now?

@volovyks I'll give a hand supporting this while we clarify what to do with it (see #1082).

For now the main idea is:

Either we deprecate it entirely
We transform it into a lite version, and near-cli-rs takes over as the complete near CLI

DevHub is the official maintainer for this and most NEAR DevTools. This repo is super low on their priority list in favor of near-cli-rs. Personally, I would prefer our ecosystem maintain a single CLI for devs but understand @gagdiez's concerns w/ fully deprecating this.
