Feature: unify beta pages representation #1128

What we do here is we get rid of /beta prefix as the main way to get into beta pages and introduce a cookie to keep the data about beta preferences.

Currently, you can add ?beta=anything to turn on the beta switch (which is hidden by default) and you'll be able to opt-in/out for beta pages.
