2024-01-30: issue: the traffic generator sometimes misses overriding the stake transactions. To mitigate this we can increase the seat price (and the token economy in StatelessNet) to billions. Stake distribution:

10 B tokens for each NearOne validator
1 B tokens for each community validator
1 token faucet

We need to have 1000 B near in an account.

2024-02-01: we can start without the staking pool contract, and use the stake command + owned tokens for the moment.
