Improve account recovery via email #3

Summary Restoring multiple wallets associated with the same email is repetitive and time-consuming. This small feature enables their recovery faster and easier

Intended Outcome As a user, I want to restore all (or some of) my accounts from one recovery email

How will it work? As of today, users have to repeat the recovery process for every wallet they associated with their email. This feature provides a one-click experience to begin a wallet restore, and more control over which accounts should be enabled in the new browser window

Why it is labeled as power users? This is one of most common support issues. Happens to everybody who created account with e-mail and funded from exchange and then accidentally repeated transaction.

I've put that since it is for users who had many wallets - feel free to change tags anytime =)

no, this is not for users who have many wallets. This is for users who had accidentally sent extra funds to funding account you get when creating account.
