Brief Landing Page Redesign Q4 2024 #3142

I need a hand in updating wallet.near.org's current landing page. It's getting stale.

Goal: To bring the wallet list upfront. To remove the transfer wizard. Remove the spreadsheet link. Move the info/preamble down so it's a post-amble. :-) Reorder wallets.

### Tasks
- [x] Remove everything Transfer Wizard
- [x] Move Wallet List up, move other stuff down. Make it look snazzy.
- [x] Nuke the wallet comparison spreadsheet link. It's so 1985.
- [x] Remake Mint card into the Bitte card.
- [ ] Add HOT Wallet Card.
- [ ] Add Aurora Ethereum portal card.
- [x] Reorder the Wallet Cards.

  1. Want to remove all links to the Transfer Wizard (header, footer, buttons)
  2. Want to move the preamble below the wallet card layout, so the wallet list is first. Will likely needs a little reorg overall to make the page look snazzy.
  3. Want to remove the "wallet comparison" spreadsheet link.
  4. Need to change out Mint to Bitte wallet.
  5. Want to add two new wallet cards; a) HOT wallet (gathering info/logo) b) Aurora Ethereum wallet landing page (details forthcoming)

  6. Reorder Wallet cards (from top left to right)

have WIP draft above :) everything is complete aside from hot & eth wallet cards. Maybe we could just ship this and then add them when the TBD's have info.

Last thing I need to do is add NEAR logo at the top and update the intro copy
