Story

As a wallet owner who's logged in and is linking an application to my account, I want to see enough information about that application so I can determine if I should trust it or not.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Displays application name, short description, URL and image as per mockup on app permission screens.
• [ ] Properly displays this information across application index pages and other views where applications are listed
• [ ] NEP created for this
• [ ] Mobile ok
• [ ] Tested
