Community members would like to see faster deployment times #199

Community members on discord have talked about wanting to see the deployment speed to be faster as they iterate on smart contracts. They reported about 10 seconds which for them adds up in comparison to other chain's testing suits which lets them iterate on a smart contract in about 1 second
