[DOC] Add directions on running on node on AWS #7

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user, I don't want to use Google Cloud Platform but want to run a validator node on the cloud. I would like to use AWS but don't see documentation on how to do so.

I am running node on Azure. Please tell me if I can add the steps for Azure?
