Shortly: Rules.md was changed to rules.md so original http links don't work anymore
StakeWars rules source: https://github.com/near/stakewars-iii/blob/main/rules.md
was renamed from Rules.md to rules.md, so the "Read the Full Rules here" link used (also) on https://near.org/stakewars/ doesn't work anymore, http 404.
Tried google search (parameter "link") to figure out which capitalization is used more: link:github.com/near/stakewars-iii/blob/main/rules.md

but not sure, so the easiest (but possibly confusing) would be to have both capitalization versions on github? (or better symbolic link if possible)
