unbalanced distribution of chunks #180

I am observing a drawdown in uptime. The reason I see is an unbalanced distribution of chunks. judging by the screenshot, all nodes with 100% uptime have 5-10 times less than the number of expected chunks Screenshot_576 Screenshot_575

/cc @Longarithm who worked on assigning chunks to validators. Is it expected that the value of "chunks expected" varies so widely? Shouldn't nodes with similar stake be assigned similar number of chunks?

Same. Why does my validator get so many "expected chunks"? other validators get about 50 "expected chunks" per epoch, and mine gets about 300 "expected chunks". Because of this, during periods when the network is performing poorly, they get more gaps.
