In hardware requirements section, there is this statement: In later stages of StatelessNet we are planning on enabling single shard tracking. The hardware requirements for single shard tracking will be shared then.

This should already be true now, can we remove it (the hw requirements may remain as is)

FYI it's not all the updates, some of the updates (e.g. technical details) were updated before, they are already in main
