Signal to the IME that it shouldn't try to autosuggest/autocorrect user input for the Bluetooth MAC address field.
Some notes:
Some third party IMEs (notably SwiftKey) ignore the textNoSuggestions hint. The workaround to this is to use the textPassword hint instead, however this would then register false positives for password manager apps.
textCapCharacters could probably be added to force uppercase characters (so the value would be textNoSuggestions|textCapCharacters), but I'm not sure how widely supported such a combination would be (also see the next point).
I don't have an Android development environment set up, so this change hasn't been tested. That being said, the file still parses as valid XML and the additional line is the same used by other Android code on GitHub, so I'm fairly confident that this change works.
