Add Urusai skins #65

This PR adds the mastodon-tokyowan and mastodon-akari skins to Urusai and downstream forks.

but akari has a ways to go. image

I haven't had a chance to dig through all the various components yet, but one that I did catch is the margins on text input boxes (like for search, or lists) need to be added since you've added a border to the box; at the moment, text entry and the cursor position don't look great image

Please make sure you have tested as many user-flows as possible before the next review. Posting, viewing posts, setting preferences, various configuration setups (wide view, mobile/narrow view, etc, collapsed posts with images, etc).

I'm a test engineer by trade so I'm gonna be a stickler for testing anything that we author ourselves (rather than porting from upstream) :3

@neatchee, thank you for the overview. Let me tweak the input field on the tokyowan skin and do some more work on the akari theme. Expect everything to be ready by the weekend, but I'll let you on Mastodon.
