Ability to spin up multiple JupyterLab servers like the way people would have this ability by default when using named servers in vanilla JupyterHub.
Notes:
People should not be able to share the created JupyterLab as that would cause serious security issue since shared person will have direct access to the sharer's full file system.

Spinning up multiple JupyterLab(s) is a native feature of JupyterHub via named servers, it would be great to not lose this feature when using jhub-apps.
