Provide placeholder icon for gitlab/private repositories #25

Gitlab repositories without icon specified do no have a placeholder.

Note: differently to GitHub, on GitLab there is no centralised nor per-hosting og:image generation URL; instead each repository (or host?) can be configured to point to a different URL. This means we cannot use the og:image easily, unless we make two-step requests on fronted. Also, gitlab can be deployed at any domain and while it often will have the word gitlab in the URL, this is not guaranteed; when it does we could just show a generic GitLab icon.

I think it would be best to have a generic placeholder icon for exhibits. Any suggestions?
