Context

There is no option to choose "Bug" in the issue template. Only "Feature" or "General" issue.

Value and/or benefit

It would be clearer to understand how to file bugs

There is no configuration for issue templates in this repository yet, the templates are inherited from nebari-dev (defined here). I think there may be two action items: 1) add bug template to nebari-dev in https://github.com/nebari-dev/.github 2) add dedicated templates with sections and questions which make more sense for jupyterlab-launchpad
