This is proof of concept code to handle Windows compatibility. I have gotten this working on my Windows 10 emulator, and it seems to work with the one file that I've thrown at it.

Still to test:

• Other Windows 10 systems
• Windows 7 systems
• Non-emulated systems

To do:

• Clean up the unused test scripts (/windows scripts/*)
• Ensure that the installer installs properly on a virgin system
• Handle the case where slic3r isn't installed in C:\Program Files\Slic3r

Please don't merge this yet, it's not ready. I would appreciate some more testing and feedback on this before it goes live.

You made a great Job here looks ok for me. I can make windows 7 tests at the end of the week, I will be back at home for a few days. Was really hard to make this windows version.

Still path are hardcoded in the future we will need to read the config file.
