Colour for footer continuation is confusing #38

Colouring when the footer input box continues is not intuitive.

The first line is green and bold. However every line after that begins with thin white (same as input text). This makes it seem like extra characters are being added to the body of the footer.

Footer (optional): This is first line of footer  <-- Prompt is bold & green, input is white
                 | This is the second line  <-- Entire line is white, rather than starting with a green & bold
