Update to support v2.1.0 of the Android application #171

Update to support version 2.1.0 of the Android application (will break all previous versions) Bugfix Apprise locations should be an Array not an Object. Remove old installer build scripts that are out of date and unused. Add PiFire Build to Info Page. Update SocketIO Info to include Build. Bump Build to 7
