Fix for Number Input Text Auto-Selection and add default values to descriptions on PID Settings page. #178

Ignore the changes in everything except:

The specific commit hash is 57b0b7292385ab2d23e3f1a06f28aa905fccf880 if you're able to cherry-pick it.

  1. It fixes the text auto-selection for the grill hold temperature in the number input box.
  2. It adds default values to the PID Settings on the Work Mode settings page. This is mostly because I screwed around with mine too much and then had to go track down the defaults.
