Navbar now collapses to hamburger menu only on mobile.
When entering an input box, text is automatically selected.
On small screens, Settings, Admin, and Config Wizard side navigation is moved to a drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
On Dashboard, Status card now includes hopper level. If a hopper is configured and installed, the level is automatically displayed. Mode timer now drops from top of status card, instead of being in footer.
