Increase ROM limit from 15 to 10000 #2

15 roms is too few roms for many users, so let's increase the ROM limit number to 10000 roms.

It's safe to change that value, and people can find more easily their roms without having to delete their games everytime.

Why increment this number? Mame4wii have a GUI to run single game at a time. And raise this number is only waste of RAM space.
