this is probably missing library in the docker container

Solved with installing gd library in the docker image, docker-compose needed to be changed to use this nebojsatomic/php7.4-rw-mysqli-pdo-gd:latest docker image https://github.com/nebojsatomic/IDE21/commit/4a51143d7862872799ef12a8c36171bf10e8223f
