Finalize project name #4

J5 on IoT Edge? IoT Edge for Makers? IoT Edge for Raspberry Pi? Done: Rename repo, replace instances in license, etc., rename Docker image, replace any other pertinent instances.

I like Johnny5OnEdge, although it suggests imagery of a robot hanging on the edge of a cliff or being very upset upon hearing some bad news ;)
