The RPi 4 introduces a lot of new peripherals. There are more UARTS and I2C ports, specifically, that we'll want to add support for.

Off the top of my head, I'll need to:

Modify raspi-board to include the new peripheral map for the RPi 4
Add a constructor option to specify which I2C bus to use
- J5 only supports using one bus, so we can't use all of them at once, but we should at least allow user's to specify which one to use

Raspi-IO is no longer under active development, and so I'm closing this issue as won't fix.
