stop() in Johnny-Five reportedly doesn't stop the motor #3

A report from a user in the J5 gitter channel:

Hey everyone. I am new to J5 and am trying to port a kit I have for RPI to use J5 instead of python. I am trying to get the motors to work on the robot initio (http://4tronix.co.uk/store/index.php?rt=product/product&product_id=171) but alas, nothing happens. Can anyone spot me doing something silly/obvious: https://github.com/Workshop2/initio-js/blob/master/initio.js

I have not confirmed yet on my own hardware, but this should be investigated.
