Backport applicable mods to 1.18

This PR backports all mods supported on 1.19 to 1.18, excluding those that do not have 1.18 versions.

Mods backported:

• Easy Magic
• Expanded Storage
• Inventory Sorting
• Language Reload
• Origins

Mods not backported (as they do not exist for 1.18):

• Easy Anvils
• Let's do Wine!
• LibGui

(I submit this mostly because I wanted to use this resource pack with Expanded Storage on 1.18.2 :P )
