Plugin does not seem to be available in repo #6

I tried using the plugin but it does not seem to be available in the maven repo:

https://bintray.com/nebula/gradle-plugins/nebula-extra-configurations-plugin/view

has no versions...

We haven't published it yet. Shall look at doing that this week.
