Releases of nebula-plugin-plugin are not published to mvnrepository.com/gradle-plugins since version 18.0.1 (2022)

Hi, not sure if you are aware - it looks like this project is not publishing builds for a while now. Latest version from the Github releases page is v21.2.0 but the latest available publically at public plugin repositories e.g.:

• https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/nebula.plugin-plugin/nebula.plugin-plugin.gradle.plugin
• https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/nebula.plugin-plugin

is 18.0.2 from 11 October 2022. Looks like releases are skipping publish by default. e.g. the last release https://github.com/nebula-plugins/nebula-plugin-plugin/actions/runs/10807887694/job/30015826635 it skipped the publish action for some reason.

Neverind I see it was renamed namespace to https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.netflix.nebula/nebula-plugin-plugin
