Revamps the How we work section, which was basically turned into a catch-all over the years for all the stuff that we didn't know where to put. I split it into two sections:
Work fundamentals, which has become a bit more high-level (e.g., we don't go into the details of time tracking on Factorial/Harvest anymore, since that's not interesting to the public, but rather we talk about why we have an old-style 40-hour workweek).
Company rituals, which talks about all company-wide rituals such as the all-hands, the team retreat etc.
Hopefully this will also allow us to sort future content a bit more easily.
