some units phase away from the player (war mode, quests, some boss fights). Especially boss fights (Desolate Host, Tomb of Sargeras; Anduin, Sepulcher of the First Ones) are a problem for healers. Raid members phase out and it is not visible if a player cannot be healed.
This pull request is based on RangeFader and PhaseIcon Modules and adds:

PhaseFader in Main.lua
PhaseFader module code and related load.xml, in specific two slider bars for opacity for phased and non-phased players
Is there anything I missed? It does not seem to conflict with the range fader which is good.
