testnet claim get token error #112

i want to to get test Nas token though https://testnet.nebulas.io/claim/,but always happen 1.tranaction is in pending status

  1. this is not this transaction is there problem at test net? how to get test tokens?

i balance this from account, Balance: 0.0784 Nas, Nonce: 1027583, balance is not enough.

It was because someone frequently apply for the test nas. And we have to temporarily turned this feature off.
