关于智能合约存储区的gas消耗问题 #137

readme中提到：

星云链智能合约(smart contract)提供了链上数据存储功能。类似于传统的key-value存储系统（eg:redis），可以付费（消耗gas）将数据存储到星云链上。

这里的消耗gas，计费规则是怎么样的呢？ 比较关注是不是持续消耗gas，如果之后把存储的数据有删了呢。

关于gas的计费规则详见文档 https://github.com/nebulasio/wiki/blob/master/gas.md 对于存储来说，计费是 1 gas/bit。 gas不会持续消耗，只有在交易被打包的时候才会一次性扣除。 删除数据不会返还gas。
