will you provide function to get account list like what web3.eth.getAccounts does #149

now the only way to get accounts is using postmsg through the webwalletextension, wondering when will you provide a getAccounts method in your neb library

we have a similar API https://github.com/nebulasio/wiki/blob/master/rpc_admin.md#accounts

But we are not planning to develop an browser extension that supports all the API lists in rpc.md and rpc_admin.md .
