Untested but these defines should be correct, static assets look like they may need to be regenerated.

Thanks for the efforts, especially in making consistent your own work with @acd's and my own. Can you provide the source for said defines? They look plausible, but without further documentation or explanation of their function it seems like it might be moving deck chairs around rather than progress.
