TransformedTreeModelParser not part of BEAST1.8 (to run Pagel's lambda estimator) #715

Although BEAUti 1.8 can set up an xml with a TransformedTreeModel for 
estimating Pagel's lambda, BEAST 1.8 fails to read it due to the lack of the 
TransformedTreeModelParser.
