Boomer zombies are op #222

Boomer zombies make it too easy for the infected team. They need some nerf, e.g.:

  1. Boomers damage zombies as well as humans - Harder to play in a team, no boom-lifting
  2. Boomers deal less damage - Single boom not killing a player
  3. Booms have smaller radius - No boom-attacks through walls (super-annoying)
  4. Combination of 2 and 3 - Booms could deal big damage at a very close distance and some smaller a bit further.
  5. Remove boomers at all
