grub2-themes and some themes #11

SRC_URI non exist for grub2-themes and some themes too

some are in drop box uri

will add files dir soon to avoid the unreliable URL's just need to hunt down files add add in directly. as if users exceed pulls from dropbox , remote users account fails or dropbox gets pissed etc and url is no longer stable to pull from. so adding files as a secondary source will suffice.
