insure porper weblate handoff to DieterBaum #3

insure proper weblate hand-off to @Dieterbaum to maintain translation status/volunteer translations infrastructure , make sure proper hand-off of repo and make sure to decommission web-hook on mine. on this repo , and add web hook on https://github.com/DieterBaum/qt4-fsarchiver/qt-4-fsarchiver for weblate translation platform https://github.com/DieterBaum/qt4-fsarchiver/qt-5-fsarchiver

Versichern richtige weblate Hand-off zu @Dieterbaum Zu halten Übersetzungsstatus / Freiwilligen-Übersetzungs-Infrastruktur, stellen Sie sicher, ordnungsgemäße Hand-off von Repo und stellen Sie sicher, dass Web-Haken auf Mine. it is just qt-fsarchiver now .... was forked by upstream to qt5 then version dropped . as by fall qt6 is set to launch /alpha/beta status at present... https://github.com/DieterBaum/qt-fsarchiver (author's mother tongue is German). (Google translate may suck, but out of courtesy , i least give it a go.... )

@DieterBaum qt-fsarchiver gui Front end... fsarchiver console by diff author upstream was looking also at different hosted translation options.

as well the webhooks hooks would be needed to be added to upstream repo. https://github.com/DieterBaum/qt-fsarchiver

before the old webhook system was pretty simple however github made it far less easy.

Upstream befasste sich auch mit verschiedenen gehosteten Übersetzungsoptionen.

Außerdem müssten die Webhooks-Hooks zum Upstream-Repo hinzugefügt werden.
