BQ3285S VS 3285LCS #12

Datasheet says that 3285S is low power but maybe not like as (L)CS ? whats difference?

Examplary SRAMs memories not marked as L, drains battery quickly

The L models can work with 3.3-5V signals, the others with 5V only. Those old mainboards, where the RTC modules are used are usually 5V, so technically it shouldn't make any difference, which one to use. I used both, and didn't notice any difference in drain as well, but may be we have to wait another year or so to make a plausible conclusion.
