Feature Request - HACS Custom Repository for Home Assistant. #87

Hi there,

Apologies in advance if this has been covered already...

I was just wondering if it would be possible to make this project available for installation as a custom repository in HACS perhaps to get away from the "Unsupported Installation" error in HA?

The reason I am enquiring is that my Home Assistant is running under a supervised install on a Pi4 which is quite close to the inverter therefore I have the docker containers for the inverter monitor running on it as well. The only caveat with this configuration is that Home Assistant displays a "Unsupported Installation" under system health which I can clear when the watchtower and ha-voltronci-mqtt containers are stopped first and restart the HA supervisor. This will then allow me to run HA updates and then I go back to starting up the containers again.

Hi,

Unfortunately I don’t have any availability to add any new features to this project as I am quite time poor - If you want to submit a PR with the feature id be happy to review and approve.

Otherwise it might be worth checking if you can somehow “exclude” specific container names from HA PI image.

I run HA stand-alone in docker, so unfortunately this is all I’m prepared to test with.

Cheers
