Feature request: An option for one-to-many mappings.
An option in Kraken that would allow transfer of a single annotation in query genome to multiple locations in target genome given syntenic mapping. Ideally this would also amend the feature name to indicate its number (e.g. gene-1, gene-2, ... etc). Maybe also additional info (e.g. origin, # of copies) in the attribute column.
